Membership

There are two types of membership at Four Rivers: REALTOR® and Affiliate. REALTOR® membership is available to those with an active real estate license, an active residential appraisers license, and to certified general appraisers. 

REALTOR® Membership

Joining FRAOR not only provides membership to the local REALTOR® association but also to Idaho REALTORS® and/or Oregon REALTORS® (depending on your membership) and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Transferring from another association?

You must have a Letter of Good Standing from your current association before moving forward with the application.

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate membership is available to real estate related business professionals that are not agents; such as lenders, title representatives, home inspectors, movers, painters, etc. Affiliate members provide tremendous value to their clients and REALTORS®, as well as to FRAOR through sponsorships, committee work, and community service.

Dues & Billing

Billing takes place on an annual basis.

NOTE: Members who join after October 1st will be charged for the remainder of the year as well as the following year.

  • You can typically expect dues to be released in the Fall.

    NOTE: If you’re getting started with us later into the year and the new dues cycle has started, you may see the upcoming year’s costs tacked onto your current year’s prorated dues.

  • Dues must be paid by January 15th to prevent your membership from being inactivated and, subsequently, your forms being shut down.
